We are Aisha/Pema’s former students. Some of us recognise Aisha/Pema as a con artist, others still respect her as a spiritual teacher believing in her supernatural powers and high level of consciousness. What unites us however, is that we were all used, abused and lied to by her or have been witnesses to her shady treatment of more vulnerable fellow students. We believe that there is no need that others go through what we have been through or what we have seen others go through. Especially the emotional, psychological and spiritual abuse, and the theft of our money, energy and time.

Therefore, we made this web page where former students can provide their review of Aisha/Pema Salem as a person and spiritual teacher. So that current students can have alternative perspective on the unwholesome reality provided by Aisha/Pema.

We also aim to share resources that have been helpful for us in recognising Aisha/Pema’s manipulation and mind and coercive control techniques. We recommend that one reads the posts in chronological order, starting from the oldest one.

Although many of us recognise that there were benefits we took from Aisha/Pema and her teachings, she used her position for abuse, manipulation and victimisation, which we see as disappointing.
